"Nice selection of finishes and colors for windows. Salesman was friendly and easy to ask questions. He provided information with out all the high pressure sales pitch. The crew that put the windows in was fast and efficient. I appreciated the wife of owner/manager also works with them. It was more comfortable having another female present rather than a bunch of men invading the house. All cleanup was performed so the job was complete. Windows look very nice, have greatly improved warmth in house. I love the fact I can open windows from the top to allow air flow without blowing papers off my desk and work area.

It took 16 weeks from signing the contract, to getting the patio door and window made at the factory, to scheduling the install. Today was installation day. "The installers were great. The salesperson made promises that he did not keep and he missed a window. When the person came to measure he also didn’t catch that I was having all my windows done except one. The windows look great. The response when I notified the co that one window was missed was very fast but added to my cost."
