"Employees came on the appointed day and time.  They worked for a full week and then another three days after the inspection.  They removed all existing doors, windows, casements, and related structures.  They were clean, neat, friendly, and professional.  They cleaned up every day. Nothing was left open during the evening. Most days there were four workers on the job.  The new doors and windows are very attractive, open and close easily, and are very secure.  I am really pleased with the end result.  I had a couple bids that were about $2,000 above and one that was $500 or so below.  After this project was finished I have hired Mr. Build for another smaller project.

He mounted TVs for me ,fix my closet, took a door down, move furniture installed door locks, hung pictures, took measurements for my window blinds and fixed a couple things. "The service department came out and inspected my problem windows. One pane needs to be replaced due to lack of gas between the panes. The service technician demonstrated why one window leaked due to high pressure water on the window (greater pressure than hurricane rains.) I had one total window that had a white film on the upper portion of each panel. He blamed it on my sprinklers, which do not touch the windows. I was angry about his response because I couldn't understand how if it was caused by the sprinklers, why was it only on the upper portion and not at the middle or bottom of the window. (The window opens from bottom to top).The service tech. was able to use soap/water and a razor blade to scrap off the white film. Overall, the service tech. did a good to fair job. Hopefully, he contacted the appropriate person to get my one bad window replaced. I'm waiting to find out when they will replace the one window."
