"JMT construction was the best contractor I have ever worked with and I have worked with a lot of them. From the quote process which was short, sweet and to the point. It only took about 20 minutes for the quote and Jim explained everything. Other quotes we got from national brands took 2+ hours and were not as informative. The quote was very reasonable and was so much cheaper than other companies for the same windows!! Jim explained everything and was extremely diligent with communication. He would always notify us when he was on his way and when he was done for the day and what the next step was. He answered all my questions and concerns. The work was done quickly, in a professional manner, and they did a great job of cleaning up the mess from the job. Jim also refused to install two of the windows because he did not like how they opened and closed. Most contractors would have just thrown them in and left the problem with the home owner. Jim did not. He ordered new windows and put them in as soon as they arrived, at no additional cost or inconvenience. Jim also took the time to show me some water damage he discovered during demolition. Most contractors would not have said anything because it had nothing to do with the windows but instead was because of missing gutters. Jim offered to repair the damage at an amazing price and it was done to perfection. I would hire JMT to do work on any of my properties."

"April 2021 We bought a house last fall and spent our first winter in it. During this time, we could clearly see and feel how uninsulated our windows were. Some original to the build of the house. I would be sitting at my desk working and see my curtains move and constantly feel the cold air on my fingers. It was a no brainer this was going to be our first major home improvement/project for our new house. We talked to two different companies and decided to go with C. Michael Exteriors for several reasons. Our salesperson Gary Langdon did a wonderful job explaining the process of how the windows were manufactured and showing us the very different factors of these windows from other companies. The multiple layers of insulating are a big factor for us. There are a several choices on colour, grides and type of style window you are looking for. We needed to replace seven windows. Two larger windows, converting one from a bay to regular, two basement, and three â normalâ room size. Each window is made to specifically to fit your needs and made here in the USA. Gary assured us the ease of the project from the skilled workers coming to put in the windows. This was a big concern of ours. We wanted to make sure everything was picked up and clean. Gary assured us the workers are very professional and will go through all the workings of the windows with us once completed. He was not wrong! We got a call saying our windows were ready and could they come that week (a few weeks earlier than estimated ). Chance and his crew showed up right on time that day and were all very professional and courteous. Each worker that came had a specific job on each window and this made the process go so fast and smooth. You can tell they have been doing this together a long time. It was flawless and like a â well-oiled machineâ . They were completed with in a few hours. Not days or a whole day, a few hours! The professionalism from Gary and all the skilled workers is definitely a reason to do business with C. Michael Exteriors. We highly recommend for any project that they can accommodate. "The first problem with a basement water issue is getting your arms around the magnitude of the problem and what it is going to take to correct it. I invited Neil from Neverwet Basement Waterproofing to asses the situation in my 60 year old ranch basement. I feel Neil gave me a fair, honest and trustworthy evaluation of the situation. After major consternation I decided there was no way around the problem, it needed to be fixed. I went for the full recommended solution: New complete indoor drain replacement, new sump pump, trench and waterproof of the exterior walls, add an interior white Dry Shield and install (4) glass block windows. This was a $16K project but we are now comfortable that we have gotten our money's worth. The work site leader, Kevin, is very competent and very easy to work with on a daily basis. My wife and I were constantly updated on a daily basis of what was going to be going on. I was home to watch the progress and constantly checked with Kevin on small details. I would suggest that I am a tough grader but Kevin resolved every little detail to my satisfaction. I can't say enough positive about the work crew either. They are very knowledgeable, conscientious, courteous and friendly. They worked very hard and also did a solid clean up job at the end of each day. Overall, this really isn't a project you want to run into. I had let the problem fester for several years but if for nothing else, do it for your personal health. If you are in this situation, I think that Neverwet is the team you want in your home. "I own an 90-year old historic colonial high school turned into a bed & breakfast. The windows were neglected over the past 20-30 years and in serious demand of work. Modern day window contractors were not going to understand this job. It's very difficult to find a contractor that will come through on a promise and has the skill to do as they boast. The day that Grady stepped into my 90 year-old home that needed historic window restoration, he became a part of the house. He knew exactly what had to be done.
