Called on Thursday said he could come by on Friday. He came on Friday  and checked out what was wrong in the shower.Told us what needed to be done and how much it would be. Said he would be back on Saturday to mortar in the drain which he did. It would need to dry over night and he would be back on Sunday to put the grout in around the drain which he did.  He did a wonderful job.  I really appreciate that he showed up  when he said he would and did what he said he would do!! I would definitely use Mike again!

He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."
