It was clear when we first called the Egress INC office that this company offers superior customer services. The women we spoke with on our initial call to schedule an appointment were extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. They gave an overview of the bidding process and a gross estimate of the costs. The owner came out to provide a very detailed estimate and provided a potential timeline. Again, clearly knowledgeable and very professional individual. There was no high pressure sales, but instead a detailed explanation of the company, its employees and the work. We immediately felt a sense of reassurance that the work would be completed by experts. The installation team was equally professional, polite, pleasant and extremely respectful of our home. Prior to each day of work we were fully informed of the schedule and work to be preformed. all work was completed on time and, in fact, a day ahead of the original schedule. The office staff did a great job of keeping us informed of the county inspection schedule, including a follow up call to make sure all had gone well. The inspector commented that the job was well done. A few days later we had another basement remodeling professional out for a quote on finishing our basement. He commented that the job was well done and that he often needs egress window installs on his projects and asked for Egress INC contact information. Without hesitation we highly recommend Egress INC. "We replaced our siding with Hardie Fiber Cement pre-painted siding. We also had the windows on the upper level replaced. Keith, the owner of GS Exterior Experts, stated the job should take about 2 weeks (10 business days) to complete. We were a little skeptical of that time frame, but lo and behold they finished a day early!! Keith was onsite for the full 9 nine days, supervising and also working alongside his crew on the house as well. They removed and disposed of the old siding, added extra insulation foamboards to the house, installed new windows on the upper level, and then installed the siding. They took care to ensure the trim and other facades of the house matched what was there previously and within our HOA guidelines. The only mishap was when they re-attach the 1-inch thick cord from the AC unit that ran along the side of the house. The cord was very loose and did not pass the house inspection when we were selling the house. We had to hire an electrician to fix. Keith graciously reimbursed us for the cost of the electrician. Overall, Keith and his crew did a great job - they were fast, efficient, polite and very professional. If we need our next home re-sided, we would consider hiring GS Exterior Experts again."

"Paulo and his team were excellent. At first I was weary with the price of James Hardy Siding, but once it installed my house was transformed. They exceeding my expectations and have received numerous compliments from my neighbors and from people just passing by as the house stands out! After the hail storm, I also requested that Paulo and his team replace the roof. Once again, they were right on it and did an excellent job. I am now remodeling the inside of my house and I would not consider going with anyone else but Paulo. I forgot to mention that he also replaced all the windows in my house and I requested that he extend my front patio. He is a jack of all trades and we are very happy with his work."
