They team was very clean, helpful and complete. They answered all my questions and even let me watch! I cleaned all of them with an easy process of sliding the clips and opening them. What a dream window and only wished we had done this ten years earlier. The windows were 29 years old, solid wood and clad. From the outside you can hardly tell the difference. "We had 6 windows and a patio door replaced. Gus the front man for the company was very clear about what we were getting and did not pressure us for anything more. After the first quote when I found that I could add more windows within my budget, it was as simple as taking the measurements and forwarding them to him. The windows came with in the time frame I was told, and the workmanship was top notch. They covered all the work areas in the inside of the house with tarps, and cleaned up well afterwards. I only found one problem and that was a screen with a hole in it which was promptly replaced within a couple of weeks. No money was exchanged until all the work was done and the screen replaced. I will use them for further work down the road, and highly recommend them."
