"BEAUTIFULLY. I worked primarily with T.J. who addressed my every concern and questions immediately. He worked with my insurance company from the beginning all the way thru completion of the project. I am a "discerning" customer and can genuinely report that I have never had a better customer service experience. T.J. helped me to select the best color of shingles for the new roof, helped with my application for the HOA approval of a color change, he made certain that the crew arrived when scheduled and made certain that the interior work crew coordinated with the roofing crew. He made certain that the crew went thru my yard multiple times to pck up any nails that may have fallen into my yard. Since he knew that I was especially concerned for my dogs he had the crew do an additional search the following day. T.J. worked with several people to address hail damage in my community and everyone that I spoke with had the same glowing reports about T.J.'s excellent customer service and absolute professionalism. I usually only write a review if I had a poor experience - as a warning to others, but sometimes a company/employee stands out so brilliantly that I want to let other potential clients know! "My husband and I had a lot of questions and discussion with Robert before we made the choice to go with K&R Roofmasters. Robert was very patient and thorough in his presentation of what his company does when replacing a roof and in explaining our options. After his initial presentation, we had many questions before making the decision. (We had a previous bad experience with a different contractor when trying to obtain a roof estimate, so we were overly cautious.) All our questions and concerns were met with patient explanations. Robert was the ONLY contractor that went in our attic to inspect the roof from the underside before giving us an estimate.  When we made the decision to use K&R, we felt pretty confident that we would be satisfied.
Our roof was way past its lifetime. It was "potato chip" condition and there were leaks. Because our budget was straining from making this purchase, we were concerned about what would be discovered under the old roof shingles. Unfortunately, a lot of pieces of plywood had rot in it and had to be replaced. Robert's team checked every piece of our roof for structural integrity so only the pieces which were actually damaged would be replaced. This helped to save us money rather than just telling us it all had to be redone. Robert never tried to pressure us into doing unnecessary work which we really appreciated.
The team Robert used was a group of nice, hard-working, respectful men; Robert supervised and did some of the hands-on work. Everything was cleaned up well and the end result is a very well done, attractive roof with a power fan to keep our attic cool to help protect the shingles so they will last longer. We have gone through an entire winter with snow, ice, wind, and lots of rain and there has not been one leak or problem with our roof. Robert told me several times if we have any issues, call and he will tend to it and I'm sure he will, if needed.
Also, anytime I called the office, I had respectful and kind staff members help me.
I would highly recommend K&R and if I have a roofing need, I will be calling Robert!

My only serious concern was that, after he provided an estimate for replacing another roof (my garage's), and I reached back out to him sometime later to take him up on the offer, he never responded back."

"We contracted with them to install windows and insulated vinyl siding in 2016. They completed the work on time and at budget. They were very agreeable and the installation team gave us some sound advice during the installation. Since we have an old house, there were some surprises along the way, but the installation team solved them in real time and we ended up very satisfied with the job. We saw an immediate decrease in heating and cooling costs that persists to this day. Recently, some of the window casings came loose. We called them and they sent a repair crew immediately. They've been consistently easy to work with, reasonably priced, and have given us quality work. We definitely recommend them."

"Zach and his helper did an outstanding job!  They were friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable.  They went above and beyond and did a great job!  We live in a heavily wooded area and the 10 year-old roof was very dirty and had  fungus growing on it.  After they cleaned it it looks like a brand new roof!
I might not need my roof cleaned next year but I will definitely use them for house washing next year as the house looks immaculate too!
