"The following review is for Sean Harris. I had my home built in Maple Grove in 1986. Being widowed, I never had anyone who could keep up on my repairs and/or updates regarding my plumbing issues. Sean came out last fall for the first time and did repair my front yard outside faucet that was dripping. This spring when turning my outside faucets, the front faucet was still dripping. At the time of booking an appointment for Sean to return and repair the faucet, I also booked for him to check out my sump pump (it was the original one from when the house. In the last months, I have had Sean out to replace that outside faucet, replace my sump pump, replace both outdated toilets, and do a repair in the shower in the lower-level bathroom. Each time, Sean gave me the price for each repair/replacement before doing any work. He always very professional and polite. Since I am battling cancer, he was very cautious to wear a mask. I will always call Tim’s Plumbing and request for Sean to return with any future repairs/replacements I will have. I wish I could give him a 10 Star ranking!!!!!!"

"It took Pete a couple days to complete the work.  The first day, he did the tree cutting, got the birdhouse into the ground and constructed the base to which the storage shed was going to sit on.  The area was very uneven so it took some work to get it all leveled.  The guy at Menards had said it was about a 3 hour job to construct the shed which I relayed to Pete but in all reality it took a entire day to get this thing together.  Maybe if you had constructed one of these before it might take 3 hours but this was not the case.  In addition, you really need another person to help hold walls up etc. which ended up being my job which I was happy to help.  Pete is somewhat of a perfectionist so when the shed doors weren't closing properly, he would not give up until he got them to close properly.  <br /> Pete was a joy to work with and very easy to get along with.   <br />"

"Ever since we moved into our newly built home 8 or so years ago, we needed help with the original installation of sod, the fence for our dogs, the automated sprinkler system, etc. Accelerated Green Works (AGW) has always been the team we’ve trusted for all of this work. Usually, I do my own snow shoveling, but, periodically when I’m out of town, a blizzard pops up and my wife needs to teach elementary school in the morning. The latest episode of snow storms this past week occurred while I was out of town. I arranged with AGW to plow / shovel early in the morning for my wife to get out, but school was promptly cancelled. Therefore, I scheduled AGW to shovel later that night once the snow / wind stopped and my wife would need to get out to drive me home from the airport. The AGW team worked with me every step of the way to get the job done right. I’m sure they can’t always schedule these jobs as perfectly as they did for me that day/night, but they definitely did a fantastic job coordinating with me and accommodating my every need. Excellent work. The scheduling was perfect. The plowing / shoveling of my driveway and sidewalks was professionally done with good communication with me to ensure we were both on the same page. "The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. It requiress a "leap of faith" to order an expensive unit from an out-of-state provider with no prior mutual history, but I can attest to my complete satisfaction. <br /> WRS <br /> <br />"
