"Etmond reached out quickly after I inquired and then we were able to set up a time to review the projects. He did an exceptional job including tweaks to or replacement of our kitchen cupboards hinges, replacement of curtain rods with accompanying installation of blinds, and new door hardware and lock. He was friendly, reliable, professional and his pricing was very competitive. I definitely plan to hire him again and have already started preparing a future list of projects for the spring season. "We started meeting with Chris in winter to plan our project. We met several times to exchange ideas and he was very careful to listen to our needs and to suggest the best ways to achieve them. Once the building began he and his assistant worked efficiently and communicated their plans and progress daily. The work site was left well organized and clean each day and after the project was done. The project itself was to build a Trex deck with solar lighting and to restore power to our barn (the line had been cut when our new well was installed). We are very happy with the finished product and look forward to working with Chris in the future!"

"I started by grouping a lot of small projects together (shed door sticking, upper level roof gutter cleaning, garage floor drain replacement, replacing door frame with termite and brick molding damage, deck railing). No job was too small. Because of his quality workmanship, I did not hesitate to call him after a sump pump failure caused a finish basement to be flooded. He made sure that he was on site when the insurance adjuster arrived. It made the whole process more complete, and he was able to answer the adjuster's questions better than I could have."

"He did a beautiful job and he is very fair. He is very professional, and he has attention to detail."

"Sam set an example for how all other contractors should be. We all know how hard it can be to find a good contractor, especially in Albany. After searching for some time and starting to get down, I found Sam on HomeAdvisor and became optimistic because of the two existing excellent reviews. I called Sam and was greeted with absolute friendliness. Sam quoted me a very fair price soon after I provided him details of what needed to be done, and he agreed to come at a time very convenient for me that was very soon after my request. He arrived on-time for the job, with a smile and a friendly greeting. My comfort level, already very high from the phone call, was even higher after meeting him. Sam came very prepared with a huge toolbox, and he set right to work. He efficiently completed a perfect job repairing the connection of a door in my home to its holder. All of my interaction with him was very positive and enjoyable. I cannot say I hope for more things in my home break, but when they inevitably do, I look forward to seeing Sam again. Thank you, Sam."
