We wanted to open up our floor plan for the living and dining areas so they did the demo of a wall, then re-plastered the ceiling which involved matching a complicated ceiling plaster design. They also removed some decorative mirrors in the living area again, repaired the drywall and matched the plaster pattern. They also applied a skim coat to the kitchen walls then painted everything they had repaired. Luke was very knowledgeable as was his team. They were very service minded, courteous and friendly. The pricing was great compared to others and he doesn't charge an extra fee on top of the reimbursement for parts... I found a lot of other handymen would charge an additional 5% or so. It was great working with his partner Saul as well who was able to fix a major plumbing issue in my bathroom along with flipping a door around for me. All-in-all, I would highly recommend Marsh'll Fix-It and I will be hiring them again when something inevitably goes awry in my house again. "I'm so happy with Robert's work, work ethic, communication and attention to detail that I'll be hiring him for additional projects. It's wonderful to work with someone who takes pride in his work and ensures you are comfortable every step of the way. Robert patched the bathroom subfloor and spackled many rooms in the house that showed cracking due to settling or water damage (around windows). In addition, he replaced a toilet, hung a heavy mirror, and replaced bathroom lights. All of this was done with care. I work from home and my kids often school from home and he made sure to avoid noise during meetings, etc. He was also generous with his expertise, open to discussing ideas, but never pushed to take on more than was requested.
