"Mr. Lopez and the ladies that work with him are beyond amazing. They all are very professional. We had our kitchen painted and cabinets, all of the bathrooms and bedrooms upstairs and downstairs, our man cave, playroom, bonus room, laundry room and hallways, our stairway railing stained and all doors to existing rooms painted, all of the bathroom vanities and the exterior porch columns painted and our stairway. Mr. Lopez also replaced all of our old kitchen hardware for our cabinets and drawers and our bathroom vanities hardware also. They did a exceptional job in fact we will be using their services in the near future. Mr. Lopez's attention to detail is the best every exception was fulfilled we asked he answered and made sure the job was completed exceptionally. He made recommendations, was flexible with work schedules and was such a personable guy to work with . He was dependable and very trustworthy. He disassembled, professionally sprayed , hand-painted areas that could not be disassembled, kept our garage interior tented so that no overspray was on anything and reassembled the cabinets . "Israel Garcia did a excellent job at my home. He rebuilt my porch's support structure which was sagging and close to collapse. He removed the entire flooring, rebuilt the support and leveled it. Then he reinstalled the Trex floor. He also built new stairs. He saved me a lot of money in materi and labor. He was methodical and highly efficient in his approach. Highly recommend. My windows were in pretty bad shape. They really took their time and prepped them very well which showed in the finished product. When asked to redo or touch up anything it was done without question. "The original issue was getting a leak repaired from the A/C.  They were not able to find and repair the leak.  I don't blame them though.  They repaired the attic crawl space access hole, which I am happy it is safer, but I am unhappy that the A/C line was not confirmed to be repaired.  I was only able to get the ceiling painted and I think they may have damaged my A/C.  The A/C worked before the repair and did not work after.  It is a tenant occupied property so I wasn't able to be present for the repair.  I was a little let down by this service.  The A/C is about a year old and now it is costing me additional money to get it diagnosed and repaired.

"Originally, we were scheduled to have our roof inspected on January 10, but due to an ice storm it was not actually inspected until January 24. The owner came out finding that the roof was in pretty good shape. However, some of the roof caps on the various ridge lines needed to be replaced. He also found that the sealant around the pipes coming through the roof had cracked and could be letting in water from either rain or snow. The Technician came out the next day and repaired everything. He also cleaned out the gutters which were long overdue to be cleaned."
