"Ask for Neal!! He's the most polite, honest, full of knowledge about pests I've ever come in contact with. I was having an issue with flies coming in my house. Because there was NO signs of decay in or around my house, Neal suggested some remedies (one worked) & told me that there wasn't much to be done. It was suggested I wait until the cold weather ended then I may be able to discover the cause of those nasty pest! Well, the cold weather finally ended as did the issue with the flies!! I really appreciated their honesty by not coming out and charging me for something they couldn't resolve!!"

Dealing with the owner, Chris is a pleasant experience and he is always available to answer questions, help with any issues that may arise, etc. The only reason I gave them a and quot;Band quot; for quality is because we've had to tell them on several occasions to mow along where our property line actually is and not where they think it might be and because I often see some missed areas of trimming under the large pine trees along our fence. "I  hired Timber Care to remove and haul away a 42" round tulip poplar tree.  I was really nervous about this because the tree was so large and close to the house, they had to remove part of my fence as well.  My fears were put to rest when I saw them start to work, the lead fellow that did all the trimming was great he made it seem so easy and the crew that worked with him also.  It took them most of the day to do this. I would definitely hire them again and request the same crew.
