As far as their customer service they have a lot to be desired. They were very neat and clean. They took the debris with them and they were fast. I'm not upset with the job. I just wasn't pleased with their customer service. It's not the customer services person's problem - It's the way they set up their process. The coupons didn't apply. It was just not a great experience on that front."

He was timely, efficient and very courteous. Originally anticipated to be a one day job, due to the condition of the existing roofs it took longer. The crew worked past 6 in order to complete the job the next day. Would highly recommend them as they started when they said they would, explained the process as they were completing the job and the entire crew was courteous and respectful. "
