They are very responsive & HONEST!! - After they excavated the sites it was discovered there where Helical piers from a past job of theirs from many years ago... maybe even 20 years ago. Nolan Beery came down to Indianapolis to see the piers first hand - and covered them with their lifetime warranty. I was not the original owner that added the piers... they found the receipt that they did do the work many years ago for a previous owner of my home. "It went well! While I was hoping for a quick job, it was VERY quick. They came the day after our quote and began grading. At 1:00 that same day the pump for concrete became available and they poured the same day. We only wish they would have been a little more careful with where they dragged/raked the concrete, as it's all to one side, but I am sure with use this will wear to the same as the other areas. They did do a slight grade, for drainage too, but there are two spots that will probably collect some water - not a huge deal."
