He broke a bolt during installation and drove to the local hardware store to replace it. He also hauled all the trash away for a small, reasonable extra fee that was negotiated in the spot. "Oh I am so happy, Cody came within 3 hours and looked over everything and explained to my son and I what had to be done. He put the door up so we could get our cars out. The man was so Kind and Understanding . He wanted to come back the nest day on Saturday but we had other arrangements. I forgot to mentioned this happened where the spring left loose and came crashing down on a Friday afternoon. we could not even image if this would have hit someone as Cody explained the force behind the springs. This mourning he came Monday and Fixed it and also adjusted the belt drive. Than he called me out to the garage to put it up and down and than he went thur and explained and showed me how to grease everything, which will help maintain the door opening better.
