"Great. Have used A&M twice. Once a few years ago to remove old cyclone metal and install a new aluminum fence across my backyard and this past fall to remove old wrought iron and install aluminum front porch railings. Outstanding workmanship, reasonable prices and very nice people. Highly recommended."

"the biggest problem was the customer service rep who sold us a contract for fence repair. after 3 months and no work was done or no feedback from rep. we call main office and explain problem. the office had to order the lumber needed. within 4 days project was done. once work started it went well. the fence looks good. the customer rep we had was useless and was no help. he should find another job. bad experience with the customer rep."

"Great! First Fence installed a length of fencing for us several years ago and I called them to repair an older section installed ten years ago by a different company. They were prompt, honest and did a terrific job!"

"Great team did a fantastic white and tan vynl fence for us! Highly recommended!"

"Americana did excellent job installing our fence. Our sales representative was Mike Joudeh and he was very honest and caring. The girls in the office were amazing as well as our installation team. From beginning to ending everything was perfect. I would highly recommend Americana to anybody who needs a fence . Great job."

"They tore down parts of a neighbor's fence that was ready to fall down and put in a new cedar fence joining with neighbor's fences and surrounding our house. Were initially very prompt, the work was scheduled quickly, and the quality was very good (looks great and is solid). A lot of small issues came up, but they were willing to fix them all (fence posts needed to be moved wider around the driveway, some work changed on a corner of the fence). It is solid and well built, but has a few quirks - The button to open the front gate is on the fence and not on the door, requiring almost two hands to open (1 + 1 foot works). The gates for the front entrance and the driveway are all metal reinforced so they should never sag, which they claim they are the only fence company in the area building them that way. It took a lot longer to get the guard rail quoted and installed on the basement entrance, at least a couple of weeks. When it was installed, it wasn't mounted where I had wanted it, but they moved that too without any issues, and now it too works and looks great. Most of my dealings were with Jim, an owner, and a couple of people over the phone. They all seemed to know a good deal about what was going on, and were polite and friendly, even when I was not so polite. Would definitely hire them again."

"They installed 2 post and attached the fence sections on the post. Awesome job. I would definitely recommend this company.

"Impressed with the Bespoke Fence team. Quick to respond with an estimate.. Great communication throughout process. Met installation time-lines. Overall great experience."

"Great from start to finish. Very professional and address all my concerns properly. A little pricey but you pay for what you get and we definitely got a great fence."

"From the office staff to the owner to the installation technicians, this was a very pleasant experience!  Rob gave us a quote, took care of the permits and had his technicians build the fence in less time than he quoted!  Some of my landscaping was outside of my property line and Rob arrived to help remove it swiftly and professionally.  I would hire them again in a heartbeat!
Thanks everyone!
