"George and his team were excellent! The cost and time to finish were very close to his estimate. We had asked for additional work to be done and his price was very reasonable and he easily adapted to what we wanted to do. He had a team that specialized in wood floors, banisters and door installations. They started and finished the job without interruption working 9am-5pm. They are very hard workers with attention to detail. Floors, baseboards, banisters, spindles, trim, closets, doors all looked perfect and many great suggestions were made by the owner along the way. George has been in the business for many years and has a very positive and friendly personality. This makes it easier for the homeowners like us to have dreams become a reality. "We had a great experience from beginning till the end. We needed 2200 sq ft of wood flooring over some areas of the first and second floor. Mircea estment and free advice made us go with him. They are knowledgeable and accommodating. I like their punctuality since in the morning I have to drop the kids off to school. The house was clean during installation since we had to live there. Half way through staining process my wife wanted to change the stain. They did not get upset and resanded and restrained with a minimum extra charge. We left the house for few days so they can finish sealing the floors. Upon return they even gave us a hand with moving back some large pieces of furniture that we moved away prior the installation. We highly recommend Arkadia for hardwood installation and finish."

The team did an amazing - in a time when it can be difficult to communicate with contractors or get a call back - I was thoroughly impressed with the level of communication throughout the entire process and updates on how things were coming along. They made every effort to make the process go as quickly and smoothly as possible. We completely changed the color of our floors and it looks as though they were always this color!! The harshest of critics has yet to find something they missed. They were even able to replace planks where a wall once was - there is no way anyone can tell that those pieces of flooring are new to the house. They are true masters of their craft and artists!
