"John and his team are highly experienced at installing wood floors. We had existing wood floors and carpet. They re-stained the existing wood floors and installed new wood floors where the carpet existed previously. The floors match exactly and look great. I really appreciate the craftsmanship on all the little details and a focus on quality finishes so the floors will last for many years. John is also great to work with. They are a bit more expensive, but it was worth it for us to get a quality job done."

"We had several bathrooms that needed all new tile, a laundry room carpet removal and tile install, and travertine tile removal of cracked tiles and replace with new ones. High quality work that was completed efficiently. The guys were great to work with and very respectful."

Both he and his partner or worker who were working in our house were very courteous and professional, and their communication was exemplary. We are very happy with our new floor and the process of having it installed by Joshua’s company!"

"I recently hired Star Bath Systems for a complete bathroom remodel, and I couldn’t be more pleased! From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and committed to ensuring everything was done above and beyond what we asked. What really stood out was their expertise in ADA modifications. I needed the remodel to be fully accessible, and they exceeded my expectations. They installed a walk-in shower with grab bars, a comfort-height toilet, a lowered vanity, and everything needed to make my mother feel comfortable. The modifications were seamless and integrated perfectly with the overall design, so the bathroom feels both functional and stylish. The quality of the materials used was top-notch, and you can tell, they definitely don’t cut corners. Every tile, fixture, and finish was carefully chosen and installed just right. I was also impressed by their attention to detail and the cleanliness of the worksite—there was minimal disruption to my daily routine during the project. Customer service was another highlight, and this is the biggest one for me! They kept me updated throughout the process, and I always felt comfortable reaching out with questions or concerns. They were patient with my requests and truly listened to my vision, helping me make informed decisions along the way. Overall, my experience was fantastic. The bathroom is not only accessible but also a beautiful, functional space that perfectly suits my and my family’s needs. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for high-quality, customer-focused bathroom remodeling."
