"We had a couple planks of our kitchen laminate flooring with dents from dropped knives and a vent hood (when we were installing it). Being a tongue and groove design and the way the boards had been laid, it required other boards to be removed as well. The board was the 2nd to the last before our cabinet but the run of that "row" extended along the kitchen with additional boards between it and the wall. Jeremy and his son carefully removed the 3 rows to get to the board that needed replaced. After custom cutting to make a nice transition, they re-install the previously removed boards as we only had 5 total extra boards. They were very thorough and meticulous in the work and the floor looks as good as new. They cleaned everything as they went and reinstalled the quarter round trim as well."

"I have had absolutely horrible luck with hiring contractors in the past. I always seem to pick the person that doesn't show up for an estimate, doesn't ever get back to me with an estimate, or does shoddy work. I was ready to call quite a few different companies and get multiple estimates and "feel them out" before hiring someone for this project. The first company I called was Terrys Quality Concrete. Shannon answered the phone, sounded very professional and set up an appointment for an estimate. I was emailed a reminder about the appointment which is a small thing but impressed me nonetheless. The morning of the appointment, I was texted by Shannon telling me that he is on his way and will be here on time. Again, small detail but it impressed me. He showed up and we went over what I was wanting done. I was expecting an estimate in a week or so, but instead was told that he would write one up and have it ready for me in about 20 minutes. NICE! After about 20 minutes, he knocked on the door and had a very professional folder to hand to me. Inside was all of their insurance information, and a very nicely typed up estimate. I had no clue at all what something like this would cost, which is why I wanted to shop around a little bit. After talking to my wife, we decided that we were impressed enough that there was no need to shop around. The estimate seemed fair enough, and so far they seemed reliable. He called the next week to let us know that they would get started the following week- which is way sooner than I expected. We had a slight weather delay but that is to be expected in early spring. I was very happy with the work they did. The slab is poured exactly how I wanted, and most importantly it drains the correct way with no low spots to pool water (unlike the previous concrete work I had done) Will DEFINITELY use them again, and recommend to anyone I know needing concrete work done."

"After having a few negative experiences with contractors, what a surprise to work with a company that seems to do everything well. Albert came out to my house to give an estimate and I was sold almost immediately. Albert told me about my current shingles and that there had been a class action lawsuit. He offered to help me if I wanted to go after the company and then proceeded to tell me that I could probably get by for a couple of years if I wanted to go that route. I was so impressed with his knowledge and honesty that I decided to just pull the trigger and have them replaced. Albert told me that it would take three days. The first day there were 30mph winds so it wasn't safe for the crew to start work. Albert kept me in the loop and said they would start the next day. The job ended up taking two days including cleanup. The crew probably spent 3 hours cleaning up and left the yard looking better than when they arrived. Albert then followed up and spent an hour or so checking on their work and also doing another pass of cleaning up the nails. Replacing a roof is expensive and not an exciting way to spend your money but Action Roofing did a great job and I would highly recommend using them for roofing issues."
