She was so nice and kind to me I trusted her. I paid her $1200. In cash. She said she would come back and balance the right side of my porch with the arborvitae?s. Then she wouldn?t answer my phone calls or respond to my text messages for 2 weeks. I finally sent message thru FB and she told me she did what we agreed upon and she wasn?t coming back to my home. Totally shocked that she was not going to come back and do what she told me she would do."

For example, when he came to pump our septic today, we discovered that the 50 year old lid had shattered since the last pumping. My wife and I went out to buy the riser and lid that Matt recommended, but didn't quite have the expertise to do it ourselves. Matt came back in the midst of his very busy day, helped us to install the riser, and refused to take any extra money for the second trip to our house!
