He was very responsive, even during off-work hours. He addressed every concern I had and was thoughtful in his responses. He was very thorough when conducting inspections, identifying action items I didnâ t see, even if it meant additional work for his field crew at no extra cost. I canâ t say enough about the field crews for both my roof and siding replacements. They were incredible and they didnâ t treat my house as â just the next jobâ . "After 3 prior estimates, Steve came out to give me his estimate. He provided feedback on the condition of the roof saying "You have 3 to 5 years remaining life with these shingles". "I'm VERY impressed with the owner, Brandon and the work that he did. Ice storm caused my American Elm to fall. Not only fall, but damage my neighbor's chain link fence. I got a couple of quotes, in the same general price range, but Brandon was the only one who even mentioned the fence. He advised that I only needed to replace the top bar instead of the entire fence. And then offered to replace it for me at no extra charge. I only had to supply the bar. He was professional, did what he said he would and left the area clean (see before and after pics). Although he didn't ask for it, I did pay him extra for the fence. After all, he saved me the trouble of having to hire someone else to do it. I will hire A&B Lawn & Tree again and highly recommend."
