Justin from Everclean was awesome and got the problem straightened out. He even discovered the dryer vent had become disconnected from outside dryer vent door! I can’t fit through the narrow attic hatchway as my shoulders are a bit too wide, so I depended on Justin. Finally, everything is buttoned up, and our clothes now dry in half the time. Cost was moderate and was money well invested. Dryer vent fire danger is now negligible compared to before. Along with neighbor hatred danger. I would hire Everclean again if needed again."

Then they went to each room and inspected those vents to ensure that they were clean. They showed us pictures of what was in the vents! They also did a treatment for mold, mildew, etc., and made sure I was not in the house for the few minutes that the treatment was being done, due to my lungs. It was dark and he could not see on the roof the kind of vent it was. As it turned out when we could get onto the roof to see -the vent was angkled and if he had gone farther thinking it was a birds nest ,etc., it probably would have meant damage to the inside of vent and the problem wold not have been resolved anyway. I had some trouble reattaching the cover and the water still didn't enter the washer.
