"The guys that came out were great. They did a great job except for the return vent was not cut to the correct size for the filter. Which leads to this rating. The techs were great… it’s the customer service that is pathetic! I just need them to come back and cut the hole bigger and customer service thinks it’s an all day job. Customer service never gave me any answers as to when they would be back out. So far I have wasted two days waiting on a technician that never showed up. This morning I am waiting again. I give customer service a two star rating but that’s only because they answered the phone."
