We couldn?t have been more wrong. The initial sales representative (Peter) was friendly and communicated great. However, when we met with the designer (Julian) his overall demeanor was suitable but not outstanding, considering the amount of money and time our family was about to embark on with this type of project. In addition, Julian was not very responsive and did not make himself very available. Despite our reservations, we continued to push through the next phases of the project which included a deposit, design, engineering, and permit fees. However, once the project was slated to begin, Julian and the site manager came to our home and began advising of several unexpected and unknown additional cost. Cont."

The largest project he did: plant ground cover and lots of bushes on a pretty steep hill, had to clean it, improve irrigation, etc. also we did a few tune up projects for irrigation and landscape lightning repair as well as build 26” garden retainer wall. I was super happy with the work Tom and his crew did. He is easy to communicate with, punctual, pays attention to details and overall a very pleasant person to do business with.
