Smooth surface, replaced/repaired a rotten area that was causing a leak, sealed around pipes and vents, clay tile around the outer edge, cleaned up afterward. "I got an estimate and accepted 10/07/2019. Roof was not leaking, but was 25 years old and needed to be replaced. Job started 1/31/2020. Roof is composite single and flat with white modified bitumen. Two 18" dormer vents were added to the single roof. Work was completed 2/7/2020. all trash and debris wa removed and area was left clean.I wa pleased with the result"
