He first came out and scoped the job, then at an arranged time he came back with the extra parts needed and spent the day installing the door. He had to deal with my wild security ideas and additions to the door, and he had to deal with electricians going in and out with a whole house rewire that was going on at the same time. Mark surprised them by speaking fluent Spanish with them. They were VERY impressed. We will definitely use Mark's services for any future work within his scope. "It went fine. They removed double sliding patio doors, replaced all wheels on doors and installed new track on bottom. Old track was so bent we could barely move the doors. They now glide easily. At first they were noiseless, but a couple of weeks later they got a little noisy, although they still glide smoothly. This may have been due to pressure put on the door when we later had a safety laminate put on the glass. I wish I'd done it years ago, as the struggle to open & close them was really annoying.
We initially planned to replace the doors, but they're 60 years old, no one makes them any more and it would have cost many thousands of dollars to replace. We're quite happy.
