"I have been using Minor to Major Cleaning for over 7 years now, and am very pleased with their services. All crew members have been professional, friendly, thorough, respectful, and fun. Yes, fun! They truly seem to enjoy their work, and take pride in the job they do. Juanita has even called ahead to ask if she could bring extra crew to pay closer attention to my baseboards and shutters. "I can?t review the quality of Davina because they never showed up. What I can review is their complete disregard for clients? time, misleading communication, and lack of accountability. I booked a 2hr deep clean between 12?1pm and confirmed multiple times with Xavier, including the morning of the appt. At 12:45pm, I was told the cleaners were ?running behind.? When I called, Xavier admitted the real reason: they accepted last-minute Airbnb bookings, which he said always take priority?even over clients who booked in advance. The earliest arrival offered was 3pm?2?3hrs late with almost no notice. When I declined and asked about rescheduling, I was told there would be no prioritization and no guarantee this wouldn?t happen again. On top of that, no discount or compensation was even offered for being hours late at the last minute. No real apology, no accountability. If ur paying $220+ for a service you shouldn?t be treated as a backup plan. If your time matters, look elsewhere!"
