I paid for a standard clean and even limited the job to only part of my home, yet many basic items like mirrors, appliances, trash, baseboards, and touchpoints were not cleaned. After raising the issue, the company responded by falsely claiming there was animal feces and urine throughout the home, which is completely untrue. I have photo and video evidence showing the condition of the home and the incomplete work. Very disappointing experience and poor accountability."
