"Fernando is the best, most detailed, professional window washer I have ever used. He cleaned my windows first. Then I hired him to clean my granddaughter's windows. She lives on the 2nd floor in a condo. The windows hadn't been cleaned in 3 years. One large screen covered a bank of windows. From the top of a ladder he carefully got the screen down and after cleaning the windows and screen got it back up alone. There was old paint on some windows. He carefully scraped it off. This was a challenging window cleaning job. I think most workers would have said no to it. We are very grateful for Fernando. Our windows look beautiful!"

"They showed up a bit late due to not being able to find my home which is a reoccurring issue and wasn't a big deal.  The appointment I made was for 2 people to clean for 4 hours total.  I had the option of 1 for 8 hours but wanted it done sooner.  They showed up with 4 people so that was a surprise and I guess it went without saying I guess it went down to 2 hours but the 4 of them did what I asked and they ultimately left early.  I wish I had just let Eduardo know that I expected them to clean for 2 hours and if they got done with what I asked for, to come ask me for something else but live and learn.  I will definitely call them again and because I'd use them again, it's all about developing a working relationship and expectations.  One of the gals did break an item when she was dusting and they offered to pay for it.  However, I said not to worry about it.  Sometimes you just have to do that because again, I will call them again.
