"We initially hired Silva Cleaning for a deep cleaning that our office desperately needed. They did an excellent job! The office looked and smelled so fresh and clean. We have decided to hire Silva Cleaning on a more regular basis. We highly recommend Silva Cleaning!"

"Joe reached out to me less than 30 minutes after I completed my request. We briefly spoke on the phone to talk about the logistics and overall condition of the apartment and set up a convenient time just a few days later for the cleaning. I sent him a video of our apartment and he quickly came back to me with a quote which I found was very reasonable for the amount of work needed. Joe and Hemanuelle stayed for a few hours and we could not be any happier with the overall result. Their attention to detail was extremely appreciated. They made sure to address every concern we had in order to ensure we would get our security deposit back from our landlord. Joe made sure to send me pictures and videos of the result, and provided me with a fully itemized bill for the work that was done—something that was very helpful to us when we had to provide our landlord with proof that a deep clean was completed. Thank you!"

"Tyler and Dan with TMP Property Maintenance do not mess around. They worked with me to decide on a renovation strategy that saved me money from what I originally had in mind. A service, will work with them again and refer them to others."

When you hire a housekeeper or cleaning service, there are some questions you’ll need to ask to ensure you’re hiring the right person for the job. Writing down a list of services you want to be completed is a great place to start. This way, you’ll have all the information you need when you do interview a housekeeper or cleaning service, and they can provide you with accurate information and cost estimates.
Find out upfront if the housekeeper or cleaning company offers the services you need, especially if you have requests that go beyond basic services.
Do they charge a flat fee each week? Do they charge an hourly rate? Some companies charge based on your home’s square footage or the number of bedrooms you have.
Many companies may provide some smaller cleaning supplies, but they may need to use your vacuum cleaner or mop. Others bring their own or none at all. And if you’re particular about the types of chemicals used in your home, you may want to ask what products they use or if they’re willing to use what you provide.
Anytime you have a professional in your home, something could go wrong. They could get hurt, or some of your property may be damaged. Ask what would happen in these scenarios — a well-qualified professional will have the necessary insurance and bonding to cover these situations.
