William Braun came gave me an estimate after climbing up on the roof. He also noted that there were also loose roof vents. He took pictures of the roof to be coated and loose vents. When he pointed the loose vents out to me in the picture I could see their loose nature from the ground. He provided me with a detailed quote that included the name of the material to be applied to the roof and what he would do to secure the vents. The quote made sense to me. He came and did a very professional job just as he said he would. I highly recommend looking up information about Braun General Contracting and if you need the type of work they do contact them. "Robert came out to look at my roof after I asked for bids. Of the people that came to look and work up a bid for me I chose Robert because he was the most profesional of everyone I saw. When he came to look at it he came in a company truck with ladder racks and even had a worker with him. "Called for a quote & left voicemail, received call back same day.  Installer showed up on time to measure my attic and gave me a price quote on-site, plus told me the name of brand of insulation they use so I could research it online.
After doing research and getting other price quotes, I called and set up a date & time for the insullation installation. The installers arrive on time, asked me to view their work a couple times while they were there, explained all that they had done while in the attic.  The gentlemen swept up my kitchen floor and carport when they were done, and even remineded me to use my Angie's List coupon. 
Price was exactly what was quoted, and installers gave me their cell phone number in case I had any questions / concerns later.
I did need to remind them about creating a barrier for the bathroom air vent so it would not get covered by the blown-in insulation, but in fairness  the vent was tucked away behind a chimney in a dark corner, so it wasn't easily visable.  They thanked me for the reminder and were very polite.
