I told them I could make it until morning if needed and they asked to call me back, had already heard this from several places but no one called back for several hours later....within 30 minutes I not only had a call back, but it was worked out to have someone here that day! Then, not only did they fixed the leak at hand...they tested the pressure and found a faulty pressure regulator to be the culprit and fixed the root of the problem for me. I cannot say enough great stuff about their honesty, professionalism and work ethic for treating customers like they would want to be treated!"

"I am so excited and pleased with the work they did for me. They dug the ditch, installed the regulator and laid over 450 feet of pex waterline to get public water established. "All went well but Daniel Sullivan never returned to complete the project on services paid. Called and sent 3+ emails with no response. Sink faucets never installed paid for this service. Need additional adjustments on work performed...leaks with shower head and adjustments needed to free standing bath tub faucet."

"It was expensive but I think it was about $200. But you know who your repair, when it's coming, they're in uniform and you don't have any but cracks.

I've actually used them since, I've had them here 99 and I've used that company since then when I've needed plumbing repairs.

"Overall it went well. The next day they had a track hoe delivered to the home and started looking for the line in the back yard. They found it fairly quickly and opened up the hole and cut the line in the hole to at least allow us to flush the toilets and use showers. They took 2 more days to reconnect us to the sewer main. Overall it went pretty well and he charged me exactly what he estimated on Monday. My only hesitation was that I didn't have time to get 3 bids but that would have probably added another week to the schedule. Not much I could do though under the circumstances. He didn't try to gouge me after it took an extra day to complete. They arrived early on the last 2 days to complete as quickly as they could once the rented equipment was on site. Overall I am pleased and thought Adam and his partner were very ice and professional. I work in the engineering and construction business and understand there is not much certainty in underground work."

"Jason Hopson and Team did an exceptional job—-the best work quality I have experienced in 35 years and the most reasonable prices. He does what he says at the price he says period! He his the total skill set to build a house from the ground up. No one has skills like his. Nobody. I was having a heck of a time getting my back french doors rebuilt as a lot of the wood had rotted. These are custom doors. They could not be bought off the shelf. Nobody in Mobile AL had the carpentry skills to rebuild the french doors. Jason and team came down from Birmingham and did the job and now I get nothing but compliments on how beautiful they look. He also rebuilt our brick mailbox, the front porch columns, the fence, the front door, remodeled the kitchen and bathroom; replaced lighting, installed kitchen appliances, painted the interior and repaired the drywall. When hurricane Sally hit, he and hus team came back down from Birmingham to clear the huge fallen trees from my yard and roof, repair the roof, rebuilt the fence and gate, installed gutters and a french drain. Hopson and team did an outstanding job both times to the point he is now the Go To Man for any project I have. He is always on time, dependable, reliable, trustworthy and loaded with expertise.
