They were on-time, responsible, a pleasure to work with. They are a little more expensive than most, but the quality is very good. "The company charged $4000 for a pop-up drainage system to prevent flooding in my stand-alone backyard office. When heavy rain came, it was apparent that the system in place was not working, and despite multiple emails, no one responded for six months. When they did, they sent workers out to do the same job that was already done. They also told me that the system in place would not work and should never have been placed and in the end, recommended I hire an irrigation company, stating that they are not an irrigation company and, when asked about a partial refund since the system placed did not work, they refused. In short, I cannot recommend this company. Poor work, poor customer service."

The timeline was agreed upon and true to their word they were on the job when stated and completed the digging, stamping and framing for the slab.. Unfortunately the weather delayed the cement truck, and EJS explained the delay with empathy and concern. When the cement was poured the crew worked to get the exact dimensions and precision leveling. A prefect result. They had enough cement to provide a small ramp to the slab and had extra crushed cement that would allow me to use on a different project. I was very pleased with the whole process and the excellent workmanship and courtesy of the EJS crew. Great work and I highly recommend."
