"We are very pleased with the work that was completed. Robert, is the owner of the company, was a great help to us in determining the best treatment for our cracked driveway. His recommendation of stamped concrete and his patience with us was excellent. He was a big help is getting approval from our HOA. The work was completed as promised. The team that Robert has doing the job took great pride in their work and explained in detail each step of the install. The stamped concrete was much less expensive than pavers. Saved us at least 6K. I would highly recommend that if you thinking about a new or replacement driveway that you contract Richard. "Evans and Evans provided us an estimate for residing three sides of our house with Hardie Board and replacing our back door. We had rotting areas of T-111 siding that needed desperately to be replaced. Gary Evans was very thorough, explaining all the steps in the process, and mentioned things that other contractors didn't tell me needed to be done (like replacing the current trim so that the trim would stand out from the siding). The estimate from Evans and Evans was not the cheapest we received, but based on the thoroughness of his communication, willingness to answer questions, and taking the time to walk me through what needed to be done, we decided to go with them.  The price was approximately what I expected to pay based on some preliminary online information gathering. Gary was flexible with scheduling, and started at the agreed-upon time. The job took approximately two weeks to complete. When the trim was removed, we discovered that the original Hardie Board next to the garage had not been installed properly. They replaced that section at no additional cost. The crew cleaned up after themselves and left the jobsite tidy at night after they left. Gary handled most communication via email (my preferred method), and did an excellent job communicating with us about the job while it was being done. <br />  I would not hesitate to work with Evans and Evans again. This was our first big home project, and Gary Evans made it as pleasant as could be. <br />"

"<p>Contacted Dalton Carpet One about a bathroom remodel.  Designer Lauren Harrell came to our house and did some measurements and we discussed some initial ideas.  We met a few days later at the business and Lauren had pulled out some sample tiles and had put together a plan that we agreed on.  Dalton Carpet One was then able to draw up a computer sketch of the plan so we could get a better idea of how the finished project would look.  After all agreeing on tile color and style, we received a printed detailed quote for materials and labor. We then finalized the decision that Dalton Carpet would do the job.  Dalton called and we set a date to do the remodel.  On the date, the installer came on time as promised and was very professional and used every precaution to keep the bathroom remodel in the bathroom and not do any harm to the other parts of the house. (This was an upstairs bathroom so he had to make a lot of trips up and down the steps.)  He kept me informed on his progress all along and how we wanted the shower to look.  Used the Schluter Shower system which is the best to help reduce any chance of shower leakage. ( The orange board and sealer strips like on many of the home shows.)  Changed out the shower head that I purchased and also installed tile backsplash on three walls around a jet tub.  This remodel took a whole week and during the week we had different representatives from Dalton Carpet One coming by and checking the progress, helping the installer and making sure the job was going to our liking and if we had any concerns.  </p> <p>The one thing I would like to add to this review is that if you are looking online and trying to decide who might do a flooring job or tile bathroom remodel for you then I'd say Dalton Carpet One is the type business you will want to do business with.  They have done all that we agreed on, the way we agreed on (no change of design or cost) and they did it in a professional way at the time they said they would do it.  </p> <br />"

"This is the second time I have used D&T Concrete and like the job before, they did an excellent job from start to finish.  D&T removed the concrete without damaging adjacent concrete and sprinkler system irrigation pipe.  When they laid out the forms for the new concrete, they checked the depth at every point to insure that the concrete slab was at least 4 inches deep throughout the slab.  Like the last time when D&T replaced two slabs, neighbors stop by and comment on how nice the new concrete looks.  These guys do great work at a reasonable price.  If I need additional concrete work, D&T Concrete will be doing it. <br />"
