He arrived punctually as agreed, worked fast and efficiently to install my new Generac GP 17,500, tested it, teached me how to operate it, all of that in the span of a couple of hours. After leaving, he even called me to remind me to register the generator at the manufacturer web site to ensure a valid/timely warranty. In-Phase was not the cheapest bidder for my project, but it was certainly the best I could find. Now, my home will be fully powered in case of an outage.
