"As a manager of rental properties, one of the most challenging parts of turnover season is finding a reliable and reasonably-priced cleaning service to prepare a home for a new tenant. Brian came out to the home, did a full walkthrough with me, took detailed notes, and provided a quote based on the property's exact needs. We got a cleaning scheduled, and Libman took care of the rest. I happened to drive by while the crew was there, and noted their well-branded, clean, green company vehicle in the driveway. They had placed a large welcome mat of their own on the front porch while they worked, which I thought was a very nice touch. After they left, I stopped by to review the work done, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Everything is spotless, and I'm ready to welcome new tenants in at the end of this month knowing that they will feel happy with their decision to rent from me. I'll definitely be using Brian's team in the future for my other rental properties. A final note regarding price: Libman is not likely going to be your cheapest option, but I speak from experience when I say that ***you get what you pay for***, especially with cleaning and janitorial services. I've gone the cheap route before, and I have regretted it every time. Libman was reasonable on the price, and I felt it was very fair for the scope of the work being done. If you're looking to have the job done right the first time, consider Libman. Someone who offers to do the same thing for less is likely cutting corners, and you may have to do more work on the back end to get it right. For me and my business, having peace of mind with a high-quality service is worth more than saving a few dollars here and there."

"

It was fine. It took a little bit of time to set the appointment. They came on time and did it quickly. They cleaned up the leaves they took out of the gutters.

"Exceptional.  Samantha was very easy to work with and did a fantastic job of building a brand new website for our website with calendar, postings and other extra features.  We were so happy with the services we have since utilize Samantha for monthly web services and have been very pleased with the results!  We would highly recommend Web&Moore!"
