"As a manager of rental properties, one of the most challenging parts of turnover season is finding a reliable and reasonably-priced cleaning service to prepare a home for a new tenant. Brian came out to the home, did a full walkthrough with me, took detailed notes, and provided a quote based on the property's exact needs. We got a cleaning scheduled, and Libman took care of the rest. I happened to drive by while the crew was there, and noted their well-branded, clean, green company vehicle in the driveway. I've gone the cheap route before, and I have regretted it every time. Libman was reasonable on the price, and I felt it was very fair for the scope of the work being done. If you're looking to have the job done right the first time, consider Libman. Someone who offers to do the same thing for less is likely cutting corners, and you may have to do more work on the back end to get it right. For me and my business, having peace of mind with a high-quality service is worth more than saving a few dollars here and there."

"We bought the move-out cleaning special.  They arrived promptly and got to work.  The house looked great. However, I noticed a few things and I am not sure if I am being too picky about a move-out cleaning (I had never had one done before; are they supposed to leave the house without a speck or smudge? or just an overall wipe down?).  I noticed all the appliances had a visible residue on them, and so did the hardwood floors and the countertops.  We had to end up cleaning them over again.  Also, many of the baseboards were still dusty and dirty, and we had to clean them ourselves too. And I found a spot on the ceramic tile that needed a little extra scrubbing to get the spot off.
But I am wondering if a move-out clean is just to get the bulk of it out, and they did that very well.  We had two cats and there was hair all over the place and that seemed to have been taken care of.

"The AquaPro representative that showed up to give us our estimate was very professional and prompt about getting the quote to us.  We received multiple quotes from other companies to have our fence pressure washed and stained.  AquaPro quoted us nearly half of what everyone else was going to charge.  Within a week of hiring them to wash our fence the job had been completed.  They notified me prior to their arrival to start the job and was very thorough in explaining how the job would be completed.  My wife and I decided to stain the fence ourselves.  The owner of AquaPro was very understanding of this and personally discussed what to be careful of while we were applying the stain.  He in no way was trying to talk us into having them apply the stain, but instead was concerned enough to make sure we knew how to apply the product correctly.  I would most definately hire them again and would suggest them to anyone."

"It was a small job. They sealed the vents to the crawlspace, then, since there was already solid insulation panels on the walls, put a vapor/moisture barrier, in the form of a tarp, 4 feet wide and as long needed, completely around the crawlspace. It was then sealed to the walls with "nails" and adhesive. This seals the wood frame of the house from the 'Outside", the ground, which is the floor of the crawlspace. A 20 mil thick, quite heavy, "floor" was installed, also in the form of a tarp, It went up the walls about 3 feet and was taped to the 'tarp" on the walls, using a tape made for this application. The piers were wrapped with the same stuff and taped to seal the inside from the outside. the "floor" is also a vapor/moisture barrier, but, heavy enough to walk on if needed. This basically makes the crawlspace another room, rather than the outside. Our house is one year old and was already getting mold on the floor joists. Since the air in the crawlspace will now be heated in the winter and cooled in the summer, just like the rest of the house, the mold and cold (52 degrees) floors we experienced last winter will hopefully be eliminated. We shall see when dumb winter gets here."
