"I had purchased a new home and I wanted to have the A/C checked out.  They checked it out and found that the coils needed to be replaced.  They could have easily taken me to the cleaners but instead they checked and the A/C was under warranty.  I only had to pay for the labor for that issue.  I also had them do a complete cleaning of the system as the house had been on the market for about a year before I purchased it.  I had used them in the past at my old residence and I got the same kind of service...they are trustworthy.  Rest assured that if they say it needs to be fixed, it does.  They won't make stuff up to charge you more.  In the past when I used them they were honest with me in telling me some things that could be done but that were not necessary when other might have taken advantage of the situation.  They aren't the cheapest out there as I know there are some other companies that might charge a bit less.  However, I don't mind paying a slightly higher price because I know they are honest and do good quality work. <br />"

"We purchased a 6 year old home in June 2012 and it was important that we have our air conditioning system cleaned and checked at that time.  We used Abel Villarreal from Pure-Air at that time.  We had him do a full air duct cleaning, clean & sanitize the air handler, clean the condensing unit, and clean the dryer vent.  His helper and he were here approximately half a day and completed the work without a hitch.  He even removed the blower unit and deep cleaned it outside because it was really a mess and it allowed him access to the back of the air handler where mold was starting to grow. <br /> We were so pleased with the service last year, we called him back this year to clean the air handler and condensing unit again along with the dryer vent.  Our dryer is located in the center of the house and has a long run thru the attic before it exits via roof vent on the other side of the house.  Thus, we will have it cleaned EVERY year.  <br /> We called him on a Friday and he returned our call on Saturday and scheduled us Monday morning.  He did a great job again today!  He showed me everything he was doing and how it looked before he started.  No mold in the air handler this year, some light dust on the sides of the air handler, that was all.  He adjusted some of the vanes on the condenser outside which had been bent from hail damage, and cleaned the dryer vent.  The A/C is running great; he replaced a capacitor on the compressor, checked the freon pressure, vacuumed the air chamber and sanitized it, He gave our system an A+.  <br /> Abel takes great pride in his work and goes above and beyond to assure our satisfaction. <br />"
