"Reason for 1 star: Because it did not allow me to put 0 star. I placed order for a pergola with full payment in May-2023. It has been almost 3 months (Aug-2023) and they are yet to deliver engineering drawing and schedule installation. NO ONE IN THIS COMPANY HAS COURTESY TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE CUSTOMERS. No has proactively followed up with me about the timelines. I have asked multiple times over emails and messaging, and they keep saying next week, but nothing moves. I have had emails with almost 6-8 people from sales, customer services, etc.. on the thread, but no one cares to respond. Delays are acceptable with appropriate reasoning, but poor customer service and ignoring customers is not acceptable."

"I left a message on their answering machine as they were highly recommended by Angie’s list and received a phone call back 3 days later that a gentleman by the name of “Santos” was going to come and observe and take photos of the damages. They automatically stated that they don’t do roof repair or installation but would recommend another company. Santos then came by late that same day and took photos and measurements of the problematic areas and stated he would give me an estimate sometimes before the end of the week. I kept looking at my email daily for the estimate. After 3 days I called Santos, and my call was dropped. Nowhere to leave a message. The same continued the following day. On day 5, I wrote an email on their site of what was happening and whether they were still interested on fixing our home. Immediately after the message, “Santos” called and said that he would send me the estimate next week. After I informed him that I had 2 others contractors that submitted an estimate he said, “Good Luck.” I felt that was very unprofessional and this isn’t the type of company that should be highly recommended through Angie’s list or the BBB. It should be rated an “F” on all categories!!!"
