This company came in with a very fair price on the remodel. Julio Johnson Jr. itemized all the labor and materials in their estimate. "It was an excellent experience since calling their office, the secretary was very nice and knowledgeable since I had questions not only about repair and materials used but how to proceed since I also had to deal with the insurance company to pay for this job. They went out of their way to help me deal with the insurance company, who did not want to cover the cost, by speaking directly to them and explaining in detail the damages to my roof, and the insurance company agreed with them and expenses were approved. The job was done in a very professional matter. Santos, the person in charge of overseeing the job, was kind in answering my questions and provided in detail all repairs done. He offered to clean the gutters since he was already there but my husband said no. They were good, on time, and did a good job. He was good, it looked like nothing happened. "They are honest about things that needed to be done, that he could or could not do. He has a lot going on and so he has to work on bigger project first but that is common. Sometimes if he do not have a big job you cannot really expect to get quick service, that kind of goes for a lot of people. I would use his services again in the future, as eventually it’s the right thing."
