"I needed south facing T1-11 replaced. Carlos came out, did the parts list. Allowed me to purchase my own materials, so I could get a family discount since my daughter works at a lumber yard... Chuck checked the parts list, found I overshot some items, saved me some more dollars.. The crew did demo day 1 & installation day 2... Fair price for install, friendly crew, every text message responded to same day. Final project is perfect and they never tried to sell me on other projects... Very happy customer..."

"My experience with Westshore Roofing was very positive. Our estimator, Steve, was pleasant, informative, and helpful. He stayed in touch with us throughout the project to keep us updated on next steps. The crews were polite and arrived on time. Work was finished relatively quickly - we did have a few delays due to a minor misunderstanding. However, Paul, the owner, did a great job keeping us updated on the delay and communicating next steps. Our needs and concerns were heard, taken seriously, and responded to quickly. Ultimately, although the job took a little longer than expected, I am very pleased with the work done by Westshore and their dedication to communication and customer satisfaction."

"I originally needed to get my roof redone as part of a solar installation project, and the solar company referred me to Cosmic Roofing as their preferred partner. Due to the unusual roof slope on my house, several other companies had turned me down for this project. Cosmic sent me David A. to go over the initial conversation of the project. We talked about work streams, dates, expectations, areas of concern, and of course the price. He showed me sample tiles, colors, materials, and explained some items that I hadn't taken into account, such as adding new vents to pass the permit process. I felt like David really understood what needed to be done and how he would tackle it. That was why I felt comfortable signing a work order right away. The tiles were delivered within days, which I was pleasantly surprised at. The roof installers came the next day, and did their job efficiently. Permits were reviewed the same week, and I officially had a new roof in less than a month's time. It's commendable how efficient this company is. My house is now noticeably cooler on sunny days because David recommended the white roof tiles. Of course, the fast speed made it easy for the solar company to do their installation too. We're very happy to have worked with Cosmic Renovation and Roofing. It wasn't until I spoke with David that I found out they also do solar installations. I might've had them make a bid for the solar work as well, but since I had already decided on someone else, it wasn't in the cards. Anyways, if you're looking to add solar to your roof, give Cosmic a call for a quote."

"Tom Lee was one of just two roofers *all* our neighbors recommended. No matter the person, we heard the same thing over and over: and quot;A roof? You want Tom Lee or (other place). Those are the only places you get to do a roof right.and quot; OK then! <br /> Tom Lee did a solid, efficient (one very long day) job replacing our flat roof, adding shingles to an eve, building and installing a new skylight, and installing a Solatube. Going into the consultation, we thought we wanted a skylight above our rather dark stairwell. Tom Lee explained that they could do this, but that the carpentry aspects required would bring the cost to $4-5,000, and that it was quite an investment for a stairwell. I did not know about the far less expensive alternative, the Solatube, but I'm grateful they mentioned it. We had one installed, it was very inexpensive comparably, and it does a great job bringing just the right amount of light into the darker center area of our home. <br /> We are able to see our roof easily from the steeper hillside behind us, and it looks great to us. So far, about four months later, we've had no known issues with leaks or anything else. <br /> To set expectations fairly, Tom Lee is very busy and in high demand. Plan ahead. We called in August to schedule our roof installation for October. Much in the same way good restaurants have long lines, reliable contractors and providers often have a wait. <br />"

"Excellent job from Manuel and his crew with coordination by Jordon Lovett. They showed up on time, worked very hard and were very trustworthy. Job started in December so they worked around the rain even working on a Saturday, they kept us updated on the schedule and with pictures of the work. We needed to replace our aging tar and gravel roof, Jordon recommended Polyglass (modified bitumen roof membranes). We upgraded to add insulation as our house had none, extra time and materials were needed to build up the fascia due to the extra height. We added a new sun tunnel which is amazing, bringing light into our apartment. For ease of inspection access, we also added a roof hatch. We are very satisfied with their professionalism and excellent work."

"RECO Roofing did an excellent job patching up a leak on our roof. After a thorough inspection, they also recommended replacing a few other vents, which made sense and was much appreciated. While we haven’t had heavy wind or rain yet to fully test the repairs, I’m confident in the quality of their work—and it’s reassuring that they back it up with a guarantee. A bonus: during the service, they even took the initiative to clean out an insect nest in one of the vents they didn’t replace. That attention to detail really stood out. Communication throughout the process was outstanding. They were very responsive to all our questions and kept us informed every step of the way. Pricing wasn’t the cheapest, but it was competitive and, more importantly, very transparent. Andres, the project manager, was fantastic—responsible, professional, and made sure everything was completed as expected. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend RECO Roofing to anyone looking for quality work and great service."

"My husband and I had no previous experience reconstructing entire rooms or plumbing systems in our home, and this was our first substantial renovation project that affected our living space. After interviewing several contractors we hired V & G Builders, the primary operator of which is Robert Varga, who performed most of the renovation himself with some aid from assistants. Here are some notes from our experience working with Robert: - There was minimal b.s. involved, both in the cost estimate and construction process with him. We were able to establish such a good working relationship with him very quickly because he meets you where you're at; he's very frank without being pushy, doesn't overreach, doesn't over-promise on things he can't deliver, over-schedule, etc. He does the thing that works for you, versus the most involved or expensive thing possible. Very real and easy to discuss every aspect of the project with. The cost estimate was very clear, the payment schedule very easy and he didn't leave tons of room in the contract for potential added expenses or padding of costs in general. - He had a great deal of patience with our endless questions, and provided a lot of guidance throughout the entire process. He's very knowledgeable and is reliably honest about more difficult aspects of a project. He worked with my incredibly busy and very challenging work schedule, and still managed to make all of the logistics work for our project in spite of our varying availability. - Reliable communicative. He was very clear with us about process and timelines, and he consistently adhered to the plans that we made together and didn't change things around constantly, which would have been very stressful for us. Also Robert reliably shows up 15-20 minutes before the appointment time. We personally happened to have a lot of non-construction related, stressful things going on at the same time as this project and when we had to switch things around, he worked with us and managed never to get as outwardly annoyed as I would have been in his place. - We had no real problems with any of the work Robert or his partners did but when the few minor things in the installation process came up that weren't what we expected, he fixed it and resolved the issue immediately without any drama so that everything was in line with our plans and requests. - Subcontractors he uses that were involved in our particular project included those for plumbing, shower glass installation and wall texturing. Everyone Robert had working in our home was very professional and easy to work with. - It's nice to work with someone who is simultaneously professional and friendly. You spend a lot of time with total strangers in your home during projects like this, and Robert is easy to be around. We also have two super annoying small dogs that I'm sure were obnoxious, but he was really cool with them and if they got on his nerves he never showed it. - Overall we were happy with the outcome of the project as a whole. The bathrooms look great, are exactly what we asked for, and did not substantially exceed the initial budget that we started with."

"The roofing caused some damage to the drywall underneath the roof. I called in and notified the service provider about this. At first, they were reluctant to accept responsibility but after a few rounds of negotiation they did accept responsibility. They came back out and fixed the drywall and repainted it."
