He was very informative concerning my change over from a shingles roof to a metal roof. Greg explained the step by step installation process and the warranty that was included. After an agreement was confirmed, I was always notified with everything from the material drop off date and time to the actual installation date and any delays.. "Amazing experience.  My master bedroom ceiling and 1 wall were torn down from a water incident in the upstairs bathroom.  Robert is very professional and the crew was always on time.  The repair work was very well done and I can't even tell that there was ever an issue.  They even fixed a small leak in my roof while repairing the ceiling.  I added on the repair to a door jam that was previously broke.  <br /> The upstairs bathroom wall was supposed to be repaired as well.  I had been told that the wall was bad by a company doing the water restoration process.  Repairs Unlimited checked the wall and told me that nothing was wrong and saved me $500.  <br /> Very honest company.  Everything was fixed in 5 days.  Highly recommend and will definitely use them again for repairs around the house. <br />"

"Our "only" negative comment about Ground Zero Shelters is that they do not come to a persons residence to give the sales pitch and demonstration. You must go to their showroom or see their product at a home show. This being said, we were extremely happy with the sales experience, reminders and installation of our shelter. They called about 10 days prior to the installation for a reminder, their installers called the day before and the morning of the installation to remind us that they would be at our home at the designated time. They showed up as promised and were completed with the installation in less than 1 1/2 hours time! Thank you Ground Zero!"

"Recent storms did some damage to my roof.  I called around and only received a response from about 3 companies.  Modern Roofing came out did an estimate on the roof and sent me a written estimate via email a couple of days later.  I spoke with the office, (Susie who was very nice) about the quote and when they could start.   They came by and dropped off samples for me to choose from and set a date on the books.  Very professional, they came out early in the morning and were done before I got home from work.  No mess for me to clean up, they cleaned up everything, even behind the shrubs in the back yard, not one nail or piece of paper.  I was very impressed with their work and how helpful they were on working with me and the insurance company.  I would definitely recommend them! <br />"
