I didn't care...I just wanted reliable and prompt service. <br /> The tech showed up as scheduled and was very professional and courteous. He was able to figure out the issue, and once it was resolved, he took the extra step to make sure it was heating like it should. He was only there for an hour. "The two guys who came to clean my carpets were great, very friendly and knowledgeable. The reason why I gave them a "B" rating was dirty areas didn't get completely cleaned. Unfortunately I didn't notice until a week after they left that the couple of dirt spots (that I pointed out to them) didn't come out, but were just spread out/ diluted. I'm not sure if the lighting was bad, but they said that the spots came clean."
