"The estimate was done while I had cappucino and played with the 2 Body Shop dogs. Staff was very friendly. Joe came back in and took me out to the car. I was in a state of shock...both dents in the bumper were gone, the light was taped, clamps reattached, hot staples held a small crack, and there was no charge. I didn't want to make a claim on insurance and replace the whole bumper for fairly minor damage. It took me a little while to get over the shock and say thank you. Arnold's is a 3 generation business which recently built a new building. The only thing he wanted in return for no charge was word of mouth info. Personal attention, old time values, modern equipment, seasoned body shop personnel, etc....everything that fits together to make a superior body shop. I petted the dogs goodbye before leaving in my near to perfect car. Arnold's Body Shop is the place to go first for collision repair as well as detailing and other bodywork. Remember, dents in plastic bumpers can often be removed without removing the whole bumper. <br />"

"After they came and gave me an estimate and I scheduled the work, they kept in contact letting me know I was on the schedule. They are very busy as they do good work, but since mine was a smaller job they found a half day for me. They were ahead of schedule so called and asked to come a couple days earlier which worked out just fine. I had gaping holes in the brick foundation and the corner of the concrete pad had broken off. They repaired all the brickwork like new and fixed the corners of the concrete. Then with the leftover mix they went around and voluntarily repaired some other cracks in the brickwork of the house, which was greatly appreciated.
