The installers were extremely professional. They arrived on time, explained exactly how they would proceed and then set to work. Some of the windows needed some additional repair on the outside which they did beautifully. They were neat, efficient and quick. When they finished we were shown how the windows operate. They made no mess at all and you could definitely tell they had a lot of experience at installing these windows. We love our new windows! It is amazing how much quieter it is in our home.
