We were impressed with their problem solving capabilities. They really do take pride in their work and took the extra time to do the job properly. Mike also rebuilt the flapper system in our toilet. Another company had installed the system improperly, and it had been running intermittently ever since. Now the toilet is quiet and works great, and with the high-quality Rheem water heater they installed, we never run out of hot water. We will be using and recommending Bob's Plumbing from now on. "I had a major plumbing pressure leak inside if my home. There was extensive damage throughout. Lamp Development was extremely quick to survey the damage, begin the drying process, and demolition. Plumbing repairs had to be made, walls had to come out, cabinets had to come out, flooring, , etc... then all replaced. Major repairs throughout the home. We received a phone call Saturday morning asking for additional info and then asked if we preferred to have the service done that day, which we did. Less than 2 hours after that phone call the issue was resolved. We had a small, slow leak at an elbow leading to the hose bib."

"quick and easy. toilets draining very slowly, previous pump of tank from other vendor did not remove solids so tank filled up in 4 months again because old field failed (inadequate size). so thigpen put in additional smaller tank with pump to send to the ditch. came out next day after i called to diagnose, then back in a few days to dig and install. it took two guys over a few hours and problem solved. price as expected. guys professional and friendly. would use again."
