I wanted the kitchen red. If she had not called me and just ordered it, what would I have done? When I picked out the cabinets, I had to pick out the wood, the style, the finish and the color. So I did all of that and Pam says to me, here's a door in exactly what you want, take this home and leave it in your kitchen. Look at it all day long. Inside of 12 hours I hated it. In my kitchen it looked totally different. It has to do with the lighting and time of day. It just wasn't what I wanted. Because she let me take that home, I was able to change my mind. A lot of people don't do that. Mike, the other owner, gave me his cell phone number. About a year later, I couldn't get one of the cabinet drawers to close. I called Mike. He came over on his lunch hour removed the cabinet, took the spice out that was blocking the drawer, and put the cabinet back in. There was no time delay as the project was going on. No time was wasted anywhere."
