"Paul did a wonderful job with our kitchen. He took over a job that two other contractors started but left less than half way done. Few people will step into a project like this but Paul was willing and up to the job. Paul was easy to work with, understanding and knowledgeable. His custom work is top notch. We could not be happier with the end result. He built custom drawers, doors, a cabinet, trim work and a desk in hard maple. He matched staining with the older work and everything looks fantastic. On top of everything else, we did all this from out of state while serving in the military! We highly recommend him."

"I was extremely impressed with the appliances that they had at the time. There were lots of options for my cabinets. The designer was very patience with me, we just sat, and he would mock it up for me. It was a very long planning process. When it was all said and done, I got to different cabinets from the same manufacturer. You would not know it if you looked at my kitchen. They helped me save thousands of dollars and being willing to do it that way; I have a very fancy kitchen. That part was nice. The way Lowe's does it, they have their own contractors, and the contractor that was assigned to me has worked for Lowe's in the past. He was a little bit of a nightmare. He was trying to sell additional products; on the one hand, some of it was good, because we needed it. The people at Lowe's were my mentors and they backed his work, even in cases where they had not provided the material. He did a back splash that was terrible. They had him take it out and they found someone to put it back. I only paid for the material; they paid for the labor. When he drilled the doors, he broke the back of the doors; they replaced all of doors. I received unprecedented support from Lowe's. It took almost a year before the whole thing was done, that was my fault. I would use Lowe's again because when working with a contractor, it was nice to have someone in my corner. I was very impressed. The second guy that came in and did the back splash was very nice."

She was super easy to communicate with and worked closely with our contractor. When there was a problem with a supplier, she took care of the problem quickly and effectively. Any construction is stressful, but with Pam on the case, everything went smoothly and I had no worries. I am very grateful to her for taking my vague ideas and turning them into my dream kitchen. "<strong>For a well used kitchen House built 1976. Major remodeling 18 years ago. I looked into cabinet resurfacing of the white washed solid maple stain. Much difficulty in coming up with the match. I called Troy cabinets because of an artist I met, Anita Medina from Colonie NY who is a faux artist extraordinaire, 518-458-9240, who said she had worked with them and found their work one of the best in the area. The owner of the store, John set an appointment and came out within a day and spent 2 hours talking to us about options. He carefully measured all areas and opened all cabinets to understand what needed to be done. He drew diagrams with measurement of each cabinet, 22 totally. He invited us to his shop which employed a number of people. It was state of the art with ovens to heat on finishes and skilled workman turning out beautiful product. We picked what we liked from his numerous samples and got the cost estimate. We are retired and my husband felt this was not he right time to get the cabinets done using Anita's skills to redo sides and Troy Cabinet to do new doors and handles since we needed to buy a new car. I hope to have them done in the next year. The price estimate is higher than others we looked at but the quality of the work and the process they used was top of the line.<br /> </strong>"
