The front concrete steps had sunken so low that it was dangerous to use them. We negotiated the color desired and the price for the walk and the steps. Wow, he and his 2-man crew came the next Saturday, worked all day to perfect the design, and they were done by early Sunday afternoon. Elo was friendly, professional, and his team did excellent work. We contacted him last minute and wanted the project done in a short timeframe because we?re expecting and wanted to get all the painting done amongst other projects before baby?s arrival. Niko said he would be able to get us in within 2 weeks and was able to fit us into his schedule the very week and completed the job within 2 days (including replacing 2 pendant ceiling lights). What I appreciated the most was the timely communication (always texting me back very quickly and arrival times were always early or right on time) and the clear timelines that he absolutely stuck to. He even asked me several times to walk around and check to see how I liked things and if I wanted anything touched up. I really appreciated that.
