"Excellent, as usual. I've called Race City Roofing several times for minor repairs and recently for a 3 hour job to extend the overhang of shingles over our gutters. Their roofers are experienced, easy to work with, and they always do the job right. On each job, they've taken extra time to fix problems I wasn't aware of. Scheduling a job has never been a problem. They've sent out a roofer within a few days for minor, non-emergency repairs, and recently scheduled a 3 hour job within a 2 week window. It's great having a go-to roofing company that is reliable and reasonably priced, and that does emergency work. I will call them in a few years when we need to replace our roof. I know they will do the job right, for the right price."

"In 2011 our roof (four years old at the time) suffered severe damage as a result of a major hail storm. Since then we had tried to get Allstate Insurance to cover damage to our roof with no success. Nine years later and after paying another roofing company $2,500 to fix a major leak, I called Eason Roofing when a second major leak occurred. I had called Eason based on the very positive online reviews that I found. Jason Lindsay arrived to inspect our roof and believed that we did have a valid insurance claim. Although Allstate subsequently denied us again, Jason went to bat for us and ended up getting Allstate to do the right thing by their customer. In the process, Jason made four trips to our home on our behalf, without any commitment from us to hire Eason for repair or replacement work. Thanks to Jason, Allstate eventually agreed to replace our roof. Jason and the team at Eason arrived within a week of our claim approval and spent four days completing the job. Their crew was excellent to work with and we now have a new roof that looks beautiful and will protect our family for many years to come. I cannot thank Jason, his crew, and the company's owner Frank Eason enough for their professionalism, diligence and quality workmanship. It is so rare these days to find a home improvement company with anything close to the ethics of Eason Roofing. "From the early stages it was a pleasure to work with Roof-M-All, and their entire team. Having several neighbors that also had roof damage from May 2019 hail storm, we noted Roof-M-All as one of the companies doing replacement work. We met Field Representative Beattie Mullikin, who we spoke with and worked together to coordinate one of the Roof-M-All team members to meet at our home, when our Field Inspector from our insurance company was coming to inspect our roof. Both parties climbed and reviewed the roof together, so it was a seamless process. Roof-M-All waited patiently (but did provide documents for us to begin our review/consideration) while our insurance company quickly reviewed the inspection report and proceeded with the approval. As soon as approved Beattie met with us to go over documents in detail, as well as brought out samples of shingle color options we were considering. The Production Manager, Chad, was attentive to scheduling our work, and did a good job, watching weather and actually being able to move us up one day when the weather patterns changed for the better. Over the two day process, Angel's crew that handled our roof, was punctual, professional, detailed in their work. The first night we noted that the Directv satellite had been knocked slightly off, and one of the crew members there later awaiting a ride, was quick to grab ladder, and climb up to work with me on resolving the issue. They did a great job on the roof, the downspout replacements and were fantastic in their clean up. Very thorough, and you would not have been able to tell (other then the new roof) that they had even been there for two days working. They really ensured they picked up every piece of material from the areas surrounding our home. Beattie did a great job on follow up near close of the second day, we walked the property, he asked all the right questions to make sure we were pleased with the process, and even gave some instructions for us to watch over upcoming days, make sure no issues arise, contact him after first rainstorm to ensure that all looked good, etc. We highly reccommend using Roof-M-All should you find yourself needing to replace your roof."

"Alex and his team were absolutely wonderful to work with. From the Initial estimate, Alex was honest and upfront about my roof. They replaced my vents which I knew needed attention but no other roofing company included them in their estimate There were no surprise costs either. He took pictures of every and kept me updated throughout the process. They even did my shed as a last minute add on. They were honest, courtesy and a pleasure to work with. Their prices are also very fair. I will be recommending them to alot of people."

"Recently, Southern National reached out to me and informed that my roof might need to be replaced. I setup an initial estimate, and was given a well informed breakdown and cost of what needed to be done with my roof. Brandon Blasko walked me through the whole process that Southern National had to offer, he was able to answer any question I had and was able to breakdown what the roof should cost and all the components the roof. After we talked, I was able schedule quickly. The crew arrived on time and was able to finish the roof in one day. The crew even cleaned and scanned the yard for any nails or debris. I love the new roof and I would recommend Southern National to all my friends and family."

"I called GHC to look at a leak that had been created and supposedly fixed by a previous contractor. Jeff came in and I showed him the leak from the interior and told him the story. He quoted me a price to fix an improperly installed boot for a vent. The previous contractor installed boots incorrectly and caused a leak. The job was more involved when Jeff took a deeper look and it took longer than we both thought. Preparing myself I expected it would be more than what he quoted. He was extremely professional and kept his price to what he quoted. It has not rained since the repair but from what he explained to me, including showing me photographs, it looks very good. Kudos to GHC for doing the right thing and gaining a solid customer for future roof problems."

His company was very punctual and cleaned up after the job was complete. I would highly recommend them and plan on using them again if I have any more roof issues."

"It went well but just under two years later, some of the siding failed, possibly blown off. I contacted GR restoration and they said they would come out to repair within 2-3 days. After they did not come out 6 days later, I called them and got a recording and they did not call back. I called their rep, Corey a day or two later and he said they would have it fixed that day. This is the next day and no fix. I called their office (5/13/17) and got a recording. They called back and finally came out to fix it."
