Allen is a professional, patient and courteous. He could have easily came into our house and said, “I can’t help you” and went on his way. Instead, he spent 20-30 minutes with us. If I ever get the chance to use Allen as a contractor, I will definitely be calling him!"

"Justin and his crew have been amazing to work with every step of the way. 0ur roof was damaged in a storm last summer and we put it off until this year to have it looked at. Justin was extremely responsive and timely in coming to look at it, met with the insurance agent on extremely short notice, and was highly knowledgeable in helping us to understand the insurance process. He and his project manager, Darrin, were always available to answer questions and help us with samples and decisions. While they helped us understand every step, we never felt pushed or talked down to. The communication both ways was always very quick and polite. The entire team that worked on our property was obviously very skilled and took pride in their work. They took extra steps and time to make sure that gardens and landscaping surrounding the house was carefully protected during the tear-off process. That being said, they did work very quickly! At the end of each day, they carefully cleaned up the work area. Based on our many interactions with JJ Home Services, we booked him for several other projects around the house (siding, bathroom remodel, door and window install). "The whole experience was great.  Hal came and out and gave us an estimate.  His focus is definitely on creating a quality fence and not just putting up a fence quickly.  He spent time constructing the fence in his workshop - used stainless steel screws (versus nails) and routered the ends fo the gates.  The fence turned out like a piece of artwork. I am definitely glad I went with Hal versus some of the bigger fence companies on Angie's list.  They were focused on getting up the fence in two days. I really wanted a fence that was good quality and had great gates.  None of the other companies compared to what I got for the price.  The wood was weather treated versus the filmsy cedar you see on a lot of fences."
